Why Create an Account?

How to place an order?

How do I apply my discount code?

Discount code can be applied to your order at check out. Once you hit “apply” your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.

Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

How to make a payment through Mandiri Bill Payment:

Payment can be made through all Bank Mandiri Channels (Internet Banking, SMS Banking & Mandiri ATM)

How to make a payment through BNI Virtual Account;

Transfer payment service from any local account through ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto. Facilitated by BNI Bank.

How to make a payment through Permata Virtual Account:

Transfer payment service from any local account through ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto. Facilitated by Permata Bank.

I already paid - is payment confirmation needed?

Don’t worry, No confirmation payment needed after you done with your payment.

After ‘Check Out’, can I cancel my order?

Please make sure that you are happy with what’s in your cart, because after you click on ‘Check Out’ button, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled.

What if I do not make any payment within certain period?

Within 1 x 24 hours your order will be automatically cancelled.

For products that include in Flash Sale category, the payment deadline is only 3 hours from the time of order.
If within 3 hours you didn’t make a payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.

 

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

We currently ship BolehShop orders from Jakarta throughout Indonesia via JNE. For their terms and conditions, shipping lead time you may check their web www.jne.co.id

Shipping cost are applied to your order and will be calculated automatically and displayed on check out page according to the relevant destination of your order.

We will deliver your order once we have received your payment.

How about delivery schedule?

Please kindly note that our working hours is Monday to Friday 08.30 AM – 05.30 PM, exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

Once we received your payment, we will be happy to prepare your order to be pick up by our courier services on the same day, every working days before 3 PM, Any order placed after 3 PM will be delivered on the next working days.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Please kindly understand that some order can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you. If you find any problem on the delivery process, please check your JNE shipping code and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) for further information.

For each order that is sent to an address that is not a permanent address such as a hotel or apartment, or other place, to clearly state the name of the recipient of the order and to ensure that anyone can receive your order. (Example: Recipient’s name: Anita/ Receptionist) We also recommend clicking on Shipping Insurance during the check out process.

If the order does not arrived in your hand, but the delivery status on the courier “has been received”, then it will be the full responsibility of the Shipping Service.

For those of you who are still in the DKI Jakarta area, we strongly encourage you to use Instant Courier so that the order can reach you immediately. For orders with Instant Courier, you can contact our Customer Service at whatsappp number 0811-849-2200 so you can find out the shipping cost to the destination address

All items purchased from BolehShop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser or problem on recipient on the destination address stated by purchaser.

Can i request for Instant Courier Delivery?

Sure, please make sure that you select ‘instant courier’ for shipping method on your order. You may directly contact our customer service, we will be happy to prepare your order soon after we received your payment. You can directly arrange your favorite instant courier service, and shipping cost will be on your side.

After you done with your payment, please contact our customer service by Whatsapp on 0811 849 2200 instant courier shipment can be arranged on the same day before 1 pm, after 1 pm your package will be delivered on the next working day.

Return & Exchanges

Can i return and exchanges the product?

For any order from K-BolehShop, When will my order be sent?

Your order will be dispatched a day after you made a payment

How much shipping cost and how long does it takes?

Your package will be processed in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order within 14 working days, excluding weekends, Korea and Indonesia Public Holidays.

  • The shipping process may not be as expected, due to the customs inspection process.
  • After your order has been received and processed, you will not be able to make changes to your shipping address, so make sure that your shipping address is correct before clicking the “Check Out” button.
  • K-Bolehshop works with a trusted logistics partner company, who will send your order from Korea to our warehouse in Jakarta so that we can double check the authenticity, expire date, and ensure the quality of the product is well maintained until it reaches you.
  • After we done with the Quality Control process, we will send the order right away to your address.

Below is estimated shipping costs from Korea to Indonesia (our warehouse in Jakarta): 

* IDR on this table is using the exchange rate of IDR 14.400, the exchange rate may change at any time depending on the current exchange rate.

We currently ship KBolehShop orders from our warehouse in Jakarta throughout Indonesia via JNE REGULAR. For their terms and conditions, shipping lead time you may check directly on their website www.jne.co.id

  • The price of items excluding shipping cost from Korea to our warehouse in Jakarta, and continues to your destination. Shipping cost will be automatically added on check out page.
  • After your package arrives into our warehouse, the QC process will be done immediately to make sure the expire date, and ensure the quality of the product is well maintained until it reaches you, once the QC process completed, we will send to you shortly.

How About Delivery Schedule?

Once we received your package from Korea and finished Quality Control process, we will be happy to prepare your order to be pick up by our courier services on the same day, every working days before 3 pm.   • We will send your airway bill via email, when your package already picked up from our warehouse by the courier services.
