These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to www.bolehshop.id (the “Site”) and form the terms and conditions on which we supply products and services to you. Please read through the T&Cs prior to using the Site. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the T&Cs.

This site is owned and managed by PT Pandai Dagang Utama.

We reserve the right to amend this T&C at any time. The Effective Date stated above indicates the last time this T&C was materially revised. Any changes we may make to this Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on the site. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to see any updates or changes to our T&C.

ACCESING AND USING THE SITE

As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you will be asked to provide us with your personal information, including but not limited to your full name, e-mail address, place of birth and date, telephone number that can be contacted, passwords and other information needed.
The information or personal information that you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you confirm that all personal information that you provided is accurate, current and complete.
As a condition of your access to and/or use of the Site, you warrant that you are 17 years of age or older.

Please note that if you do not provide us with all the information that we need, you might can not place an process your order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, design rights, and all other forms of intellectual property rights in the world) on the BolehShop Site are owned by or licensed to BolehShop and its affiliates. However, this provision does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We always try to display our product colors that appears on our site as accurately as possible. However, the actual color display that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors that appear on your monitor screen are accurate colors that reflected the physical color of the product.

We will ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices of products that appear on our site are correct and show relevant information.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock. Because there might be a time span between the product is ordered and time when we received your order, the inventory amount of each product can be changes. If your order is unavailable from stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged.
• Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including  price or promotion. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not processed your order and/or that your order has been cancelled, and we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We continually updating our site, from time to time we can provide special offline promotions (which may not be available online or on our site) or we can offer special online promotions that are not available on our offline promotions. Some online promotions may also not be available to customers in certain regions.

ORDERS

When you place an order on our site, we will send an order notification email.

Your order ca not be processed before you finished your payment.

After your order has been received and processed, you will not be able to make changes to your order, so make sure that your order is correct before clicking the “Check Out” button.

We will make every effort and ensure carefully to keep detailed information on each of your orders and provide a secure payment method, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot held liable for any loss caused by third party or your own negligence.

PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

For a smooth ordering process and shipment of your personal skincare needs from Korea to your hands, there are a number of things that must be considered:

ID (KTP) VERIFICATION

  • For the purposes of the customs clearance, Customers who place orders at the K-BolehShop must attach an ID (KTP) number.
  • Customers must attach this data on the checkout page when placing an order.
  • This information will not be used for commercial purposes and will be kept confidential.
  • Our Customer Service will contact you if the ID (KTP) scan/photo is needed.

ORDER TERMS

According to Indonesian Customs Policy (Regulation of the Drug and Food Supervision Agency number 30 year 2017), there are numbers of regulations that must be applied to K-BolehShop customers:

Number of orders per day

  • Maximum 8 items per order
  • Maximum 8 same items per order

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

In the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 199/PMK.10/2019 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 183 / PMK.04 / 2016 concerning Provisions on the Import of Shipments;

The order which less than $3 (IDR 42,000 depending on the exchange rate of the rupiah with the US dollar at that time), the Customer will not be subject to import excise. But if purchase more than US$3 , the excess will be subject to excise on imported goods.

If Customers are asked by Customs and our logistics partners to pay fees or be asked for a KTP, we recommend that you follow it to ensure the customer package is sent. Please note that buyers are responsible for VAT, tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees, etc. that are collected by the state for buying imported goods.
